Vendor Terms

Effective Date: 20-04-2030 Last Updated: 20-04-2004 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to vendors (“you”, “your”, “Vendor”) who register and use the Wapme platform (“we”, “our”, “Wapme”). By signing up as a vendor, you agree to these Terms. ⸻ 1. Vendor Registration & Eligibility • Vendors must provide accurate business information during registration. • You must be legally authorized to represent your company or services. • We reserve the right to approve, reject, or terminate vendor accounts at our discretion. ⸻ 2. Use of Platform • Vendors may use Wapme to create, manage, and operate WhatsApp chatbots and automation flows for their own clients. • Misuse of the platform, such as spam, phishing, or unlawful messaging, will result in suspension or termination. • You agree to use Wapme in compliance with WhatsApp Business API guidelines. ⸻ 3. Subscription, Fees & Payments • Vendors may be required to subscribe to a paid plan. All payments are billed as per the selected plan. • Subscription fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated. • Non-payment or chargebacks may result in account suspension. ⸻ 4. Vendor Responsibilities • You are responsible for managing your own clients, campaigns, chatbot flows, and integrations. • You must ensure your use of the platform and services complies with all applicable laws, including data protection and marketing laws. • Wapme is not responsible for any legal issues arising from your communications or data usage. ⸻ 5. Data Ownership & Privacy • Vendors own the data they input into the system, including customer messages and chatbot content. • By using Wapme, you grant us permission to store and process this data to provide the service. • You must obtain proper consent from your end-users to store and use their data. ⸻ 6. Termination of Vendor Access • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate vendor accounts for misuse, non-compliance, or violation of these terms without prior notice. ⸻ 7. Limitation of Liability • Wapme is provided “as is” and “as available.” • We are not liable for any loss of business, data, revenue, or indirect damages resulting from your use of the platform. ⸻ 8. Modifications to Terms • We may update these Terms periodically. Updates will be communicated via email or on the dashboard. • Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised Terms. ⸻ 9.
